About Tangled Tranquility
Tangled Tranquility is a series of three original works on handmade paper, hand-drawn by Preetie Kohli at our Joo Chiat studio in Singapore in ink over layered colour. Each was framed in wood behind glass at 34 x 34cm. All three have found homes; they stay here so you can see the series, and the Bespoke page is the way to a piece in the same spirit.

What's in Tangled Tranquility
Sati, a word for mindfulness; Tathatā, often translated as suchness, things exactly as they are; and Whispers of the Bodhi Tree, named for the tree associated with stillness and awakening. The three share a size, a surface and a quiet palette.
