Delivery Time (Singapore)
Typically 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, subject to courier operations and peak periods.
If you require a specific delivery date or timing window, please contact us before ordering. Where possible, we may offer an arranged delivery service at additional cost.
Delivery Attempts & Access
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, or that safe-drop instructions (where supported by the courier) are provided.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, no recipient, or access restrictions, re-delivery fees may apply.
- For bulky items, lift access and adequate entryway space may be required.
International Shipping
For international orders, delivery times vary by destination. Customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control.
Duties and taxes are typically payable by the customer upon arrival in the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
