A web of tangles, as alive in shadow as in light— inspired by the moon’s illumination by the Sun as it orbits the earth. This original hand-drawn wall art reveals Land and water contours emerge as it moves out of darkness. Rewatching Apollo 13 inspired this, and recreating it in ink—without losing the intricate patterns beneath the shadows—was a challenge.

Care Instructions: Treat it well, put it on display. It is a tile and it’s made of clay! Soft, dry cloth and a light touch. Don’t rub hard, that would be TOO much! Don’t let the hooks tarnish, as they can make things awry.
