Product Description
I imagine a floor made from tiles like these, where each small unit weaves over and under the next, inviting the eye to trace its path. This ink repetitive pattern art was inspired by black-and-white photographs of a Mumbai café floor in a Parsi cookbook. I worked with very fine-tip pens on raw ceramic tiles, using a light, mindful touch to preserve the intricacy of the pattern.

Care Instructions: Treat it well, put it on display. It is a tile and it’s made of clay! Soft, dry cloth and a light touch. Don’t rub hard, that would be TOO much! Don’t let the hooks tarnish, as they can make things awry.
