Size: 28 x 28 cm
Medium: Ceramic
Leela Ganesha is an original, hand-drawn artwork by Singapore artist Preetie Kohli, worked in ink on a raw, unglazed ceramic tile and part of the Tangled Blessings collection. It measures 28 × 28cm and arrives framed in wood without glass, ready to hang. It is one of a kind — the piece you receive is the original, not a print.
I notice familiar forms emerging in cloud patterns, foliage, and broken symmetry, which led to this Happy Ganesha set within an imagined garden of leaves where warm cocoons surround him. It reflects a fluid and calm process, as I work directly on raw tiles using ink and gelly roll pens that absorb quickly and require a light, controlled touch. The process is guided by observation rather than planning.

Details & Care
Size: 28 x 28cm

Care Instructions: This piece is raw, unglazed ceramic, so it's more porous than a glazed tile. Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth — avoid soaking it or leaving it in water. Keep it out of direct sunlight, which can fade the ink over time. If it's hanging, check the hook now and then so it doesn't mark the wall or the tile.
